Our Marie Street location consists of two 9 unit Townhouses, located in a quiet dead end street across from Sobey’s Head Office.

We offer 1 bedroom units as well as 2 and 3 bedroom two-level units, all of which are spacious bright and clean. Fridge and Stove are included in each unit as well as 1 & ½ baths in the multi-level units, ample closet space, paved parking at your door. Many units come equipped with washer dryer hook up.  A laundry facility is also available on site. For your convenience, Heat and Hot water is also included in the monthly rent.

These units are suitable for adults & young professionals with small families.
